Mind Solutions LLC takes a bio-psycho-social-spiritual approach when working with clients. Our counselors come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences and every staff member attends to each client individually, utilizing a variety of evidence-based interventions. Our therapists range from advance placement graduate interns, newly graduated, associate(s) under an Oregon board, and complete licensure.

Mental health services are provided for those 12 years old and older. Including individual therapy, family therapy, groups (18+), care coordination and case management. We currently do not provide medication management.

Mind Solutions substance use program includes Level II intensive outpatient and outpatient services from 13 years old and older. We provide individualized plans for every participant receiving substance use treatment. Mind Solutions LLC believes in a harm-reduction approach and meeting patients where they are in their recovery process. UA’s are conducted once per month at minimum, but individual plans may differ and are discussed during treatment planning. Substance use services include individual substance use counseling, case management, groups, and/ or peer services.

Mind Solutions LLC DUII education program is twice a week for 6 weeks. DUII rehabilitation programming is at minimum of 90-days with clean/ as expected UAs. Programming is individualized from assessment and treatment planning, but all DUII programing are met by state law requirements for treatment. ONLINE ONLY TUESDAY/THURSDAY 5:30-6:30PM.

Buprenorphine is an opioid partial agonist. It produces effects such as euphoria or respiratory depression at low to moderate doses. However, these effects are weaker than full opioid agonists such as methadone and heroin.

When taken as prescribed, buprenorphine is safe and effective. Buprenorphine has unique pharmacological properties that help:

• Diminish the effects of physical dependency to opioids, such as withdrawal symptoms and cravings.

• Increase safety in cases of overdose.

• Lower the potential for misuse.

Mind Solutions LLC’s goal is to address and eliminate barriers to access to Medicated Supported Recovery. Mind Solutions is a low barrier and harm reduction approach. We work on addressing co- occurring needs, including developing and repairing relationships that support them in their recovery. We work with individuals to better understand their relationship to addiction and provide medications to ease cravings and withdrawal symptoms. Mind Solutions provides a culturally responsive space to help patients who often are impacted by lack of access to medication. We partner with OHSU to provide prevention and education to support patients reach long term sobriety. I believe Mind Solutions is working hard at changing the narrative for Medicated Supported Recovery in our community.
